We know that even the most carefully crafted plans must be made with grace for change – we simply aren’t certain how our bodies will labor through this time. If this happens, it can be difficult for our people to pivot and amidst apprehension and grief, know how to meet a new and unplanned challenge. In this too, I am available and will come alongside you and your people to assist, to coordinate, to guide, to be present and to support within the situation.
